Mbajji's Terms & Conditions —

Mbajji (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the mbajji platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on mbajji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any dispute, the platform's official legal interpretation shall be considered final.

A valid account is required to use mbajji's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Creating an account with false or fabricated information is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may only create one account. mbajji reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• The phone number and email used during registration must be active and valid.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Mbajji is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

At registration or at any time thereafter, mbajji may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document to verify your age. Certain account features may be restricted until this verification is complete.

If a user provides false information about their age and this is later verified, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Mbajji supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• No additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.
• Mbajji reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.

Mbajji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below, however, apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is available once only, and a wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x) must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus applies to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire and be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, mbajji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• No bonus can be exchanged for cash.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Mbajji has specific rules governing both Sports Betting and casino gaming. Every member is responsible for complying with these rules.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if Cash Out is available, it may be used within the specified window.
• If a match is cancelled for any reason before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a data feed error or technical fault, mbajji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accounts found to be involved in match fixing or any other form of unfair advantage will be permanently closed.

Casino Gaming

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), verified by independent third-party auditors.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the system will automatically settle the result.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error, mbajji reserves the right to review and adjust the amount accordingly.

Mbajji believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We encourage every member to play responsibly and within their limits.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can use Self-Exclusion to take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

All mbajji members must follow the rules below to maintain a healthy and respectful environment.

• Abusive or aggressive language directed at other users or staff is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug is prohibited. If you encounter such an issue, please report it to our support team.
• Using mbajji for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or syndicate betting is prohibited.

Mbajji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• If the user is found to be underage.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

In the event of account termination, any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal, unless the termination is due to fraud or a breach of these terms.

You may also close your account at any time — simply contact our support team directly.

Mbajji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform and sent to your registered email or phone before any changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
